POSCO DX complies with international standards related to human rights, such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the UN Global Compact, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and aims to implement human rights management based on respect for labor principles recommended by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and ratified by countries.
