POSCO Group defines ESG management as exercising green leadership, building a sustainable society, and advancing governance. Anchored on GREEN as the keyword embodying eco-friendly future materials, we established the following five ESG strategies encompassing each of the three areas of Environment, Social, and Governance.

Sustainability Report

POSCO DX is transparently disclosing its performance in the economic, environmental, and social sectors, as well as its direction for sustainable management, through its sixth Sustainability Report.This report is structured around key issues identified through materiality assessments and was prepared based on GRI Standards 2021, reflecting global standards such as SASB and TCFD. Going forward, POSCO DX will continue to practice responsible ESG management by consistently sharing its mid-to-long-term strategies and key activities with stakeholders.

2025 POSCO DX Sustainability Report

Amidst a rapidly changing global environment and technological innovation, POSCO DX has strengthened its stable operational foundation and expanded its digital transformation capabilities centered on AI and robotics. Furthermore, we are continuing to practice responsible management by refining management systems in core areas such as safety, information security, and human rights. The 2025 Sustainability Report was published to transparently share these changes and achievements, and to share POSCO DX’s mid-to-long-term strategies and responsible management direction with stakeholders. Moving forward, POSCO DX will steadfastly continue on the path of sustainable growth through technology-based innovation and ESG practices, even in an era of rapid change.

ESG Evaluation · Certification

POSCO DX responds to performance evaluations and certifications for the environment (E), society (S), and governance (G) through ESG evaluation agencies and external certification agencies every year, and promotes advancement of ESG management based on the results.
