POSCO ICT CEO Son Geon-jae and employees joined the 'Thanks to Challenge', which delivers a message of gratitude and support to all medical staff in Korea who are sweating in the heat to overcome the Corona 19.

Son Geon-jae was nominated by Yang Heung-yeol, president of Pohang Steelers, to participate in the campaign. President Son Geon-jae delivered a message with employees working at major workplaces across the country, saying, "I hope the medical staff will be able to join us again with your efforts." The next runners-up are Chang Yoon-jong, president of POSCO Research Institute, Kim Kwan-young, president of POSCO Group University, and Kim Tae-oak, president of eNtoB.

"We sincerely thank all medical staff who are committed to the people in difficult conditions," president Son said. "It is thanks to medical staff that we have been able to effectively block the spread of the virus and establish K-prevention as a model case around the world." 

In order to overcome Corona 19, POSCO ICT has prepared and delivered a "food box" containing food and masks for children in need, while securing and supporting masks for employees of partner companies from the beginning of the pandemic.
